These Terms govern your use of quickreplypros.com and demo.quickreplypros.com (the "Sites"), operated by Brady Lyon, doing business as QuickReply Pros ("we", "us"). By using the Sites, you agree to these Terms.

  1. The Sites. The Sites provide information about our services and a free audit request. Paid services are governed by a separate written service agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.
  2. Demo site. demo.quickreplypros.com shows a fictional business ("Breezeworthy Air Co."). Its name, badges, reviews and messages are invented examples. Do not rely on them as real offers, credentials or testimonials. The demo form does not submit your information to us.
  3. Free audit. Audits are informational opinions about publicly visible website features, given without charge or obligation. They are not a guarantee of results.
  4. Acceptable use. Do not misuse the Sites. That includes submitting false information or someone else's contact details, attempting unauthorized access, scraping, or interfering with the Sites' operation.
  5. Communications. If you submit the form, you agree that we may contact you by email or phone about your request. We do not currently send text messages from this website, and we will not text you unless you separately agree to receive texts. To stop receiving emails from us, reply "stop" or email hello@quickreplypros.com. See our Privacy Policy for details.
  6. Intellectual property. The Sites' content, design and code belong to QuickReply Pros or its licensors. You may view them for personal or internal business evaluation only.
  7. Third-party links and services. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services linked from the Sites.
  8. Disclaimers. THE SITES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Any statements about response times or results describe typical service design and are not guarantees.
  9. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the Sites. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Sites is limited to $100.
  10. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your misuse of the Sites or your violation of these Terms.
  11. Governing law and venue. California law governs these Terms. The state or federal courts located in Orange County, California have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law provides otherwise.
  12. Changes. We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new effective date.
