Privacy Policy — QuickReply Pros
Last updated: October 30, 2026
QuickReply Pros ("we", "us") is a business operated by Brady Lyon. It provides websites and automated lead-response services to home-service companies. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through quickreplypros.com and demo.quickreplypros.com (the "Sites"), and what we do as a service provider to our clients.
1. Information we collect
-
Information you give us: When you request an audit or contact us, we collect your name, company name, email, phone number, current website, trade, and anything you write in the message field.
-
Collected automatically: Our hosting provider may log standard technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and timestamps. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
-
Demo site: The demo form at demo.quickreplypros.com stays in your browser. We do not receive or store what you enter.
2. How we use it
We use it to respond to your request, prepare and send your audit, and communicate with you about our services. We also use it to operate and secure the Sites and to comply with law. We do not sell your personal information or "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
3. Service providers we use
We share information only with vendors that help us run the business, under terms limiting their use of it:
- Cloudflare: website hosting and form handling.
- Resend: lead notification email delivery.
- Google Workspace: email.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights.
4. Text messages (SMS)
We do not currently send text messages from this website, and we do not use your phone number for marketing texts. We use the phone number you give us only to contact you about your request. If we start offering text messages, we will ask for your separate consent first and update this policy before sending any. Consent to receive texts will never be a condition of purchase. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
5. Email
You can opt out of our marketing emails by replying "stop" or by emailing hello@quickreplypros.com. We will honor your request promptly, and within 10 business days.
6. When we act for our clients
When we provide lead-response services to a contractor, we process their customers' information on that client's behalf, as its service provider or processor. We use it only to provide the services. Those individuals should direct privacy requests to the contractor, and we will help the contractor respond.
7. Retention and security
We keep audit-request information for as long as needed for the purposes above, generally no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires longer. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
8. Your choices and California rights
-
You may ask to access, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@quickreplypros.com. We will verify your request and respond within a reasonable time.
-
If the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to us, California residents have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing. They also have the right not to be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information.
-
Do Not Track: Our Sites do not respond differently to browser Do Not Track signals, because we do not track users across third-party sites.
-
Shine the Light (Civ. Code §1798.83): We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing.
9. Children
The Sites are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
10. Changes
We will post updates here and change the effective date. If we make material changes, we will provide notice on the Sites.
